Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our voice AI automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the integrity of our voice AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and establish comprehensive test scenarios.
- Utilize your expertise in text-to-speech (TTS) and speech synthesis technologies to drive quality assurance efforts.
- Proven experience in QA automation, with a minimum of 8 years in a relevant role.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, PHP, Java, or C/C++.
- Familiarity with OCR tools and voice AI technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
- Proactive in managing timelines and mitigating risks.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes in the QA landscape.
