Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities. In this role, you will focus on refining production workflows, boosting operational efficiency, and maintaining superior quality standards. This position demands a robust technical background and adept problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute production strategies to achieve operational targets
- Design and refine manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity and minimize expenses
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose and rectify production challenges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless production activities
- Apply GD&T principles to guarantee precise assembly of parts
- Program and manage CNC machinery for high-precision manufacturing
- Integrate robotics and automation solutions to optimize production workflows
- Conduct routine assessments of industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and other automation systems

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in production engineering or a comparable position
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing methodologies, including assembly, machining, and programming
- Expertise in GD&T principles for precise component assembly
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques for identifying and addressing production challenges
- Familiarity with robotics and automation systems in a manufacturing context
- Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts is advantageous

Bilingual proficiency in Korean is essential.
