Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Engineer experience with hands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language.
- Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/tools
- Experience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc.
- Experience working with different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc.
- Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the end-user expectations.
- Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting
- Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another
- Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system
- Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
