Duties:

The SSC's specific duties and responsibilities will vary based on assignment area. The SSC will ensure that all security related services are delivered and associated documentation and tasks are performed in accordance with the Customers policy and compliance standards and the SOW. Support other key management personnel in their responsibilities and ensure they manage in line with relevant statutory, security, environmental, health, and compliance requirements.

Maintain a full-performance professional staff and ensure that they follow established customer training protocols, policies, directives, and procedures always.

Actively and effectively communicate with the customer departments to accomplish tasks and requirements and promote a customer friendly environment in support of operations at all levels.

Meet the requirements SOW, delivering high quality services that align with the needs of the customer and in accordance with applicable statues and industry best management practices.

Provide all-encompassing security support to the program, including, but not limited to: badging, credentials, access control, security monitors, emergency management and personnel security

Provide weekly performance metrics to the Customer Security Team

Take specific operations direction from the customer

Plan and organize all security-related activities to be performed by PAE Accountable to PAE Corporate

Director of Security, and to represent associated equities and interests on site

Serve as direct conduit for corporate security engagement and support

Ensure the full range of corporate resources are made available to perform the required security tasks

Ensure that all approved requirements are completed correctly, efficiently, and on time

Demonstrate leadership of a team by ensuring cohesiveness with the unit and the client

Work with the Government Badge Office to ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and guidance

Work with Base security and law enforcement elements to coordinate security access responsibilities

Manages the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of security staff.

· Implements indicators, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.

· Continually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures and can demonstrate such adherence.

· Meets regularly with customer on-site management representatives for site review including discussions on performance of duties, ways to improve collaboration, etc.

· Consistently maintains the documentation and follows standardized procedures in preparation for unannounced audits.

· Ensures all personnel are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, appropriate to their position.

· Escalates and documents security incidents, conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports.

Knowledge, Skills/Abilities

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Power Point, Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to focus on detail and apply excellent organizational skills to taskings.

Effective customer service skills demonstrated by a readiness/willingness to offer assistance and instruction to customers on matters of the assigned work unit's specialized service

Ability to work in a fast-pace environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

Clearance Requirements:

Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Security Clearance

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 5- 8 years relevant customer experience

High School Diploma in lieu of degree and 9+ years' experience with 3 years of functional experience

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing this customers security and counterintelligence programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven manager/leader of large security programs and team
