2. Leadership and Team Coordination:

Guide and mentor a diverse team of low voltage technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

3. Financial and Resource Management:

6. Risk Assessment and Management:

Identify potential project risks and devise proactive strategies for mitigation.

Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and client communications.
