- Establishing and upholding cyber security protocols.
- Training staff on cyber security best practices and implementing measures to protect company systems.
- Overseeing the ticketing system and assisting with all break-fix and deskside support issues.
- Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of hardware and software categorized by employee and department.
- Updating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinating all annual and one-time renewals, including ISP, Website Hosting, Office 365, VOIP services, SSL Certificates, Antivirus solutions, etc.
- Ensuring that all company IT assets are current with the latest software updates.
- Proactively recommending enhancements to system stability, availability, performance, and reliability.
- Independently resolving escalated technical issues.
- Safeguarding the operational systems' stability and maintaining data integrity.
- Evaluating, coordinating, and reviewing all issues related to application support and business processes.
- Leading initiatives to address technical challenges.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- 5 years of higher education or technical training.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Adept at learning new concepts and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in managing schedules and meeting project deadlines.
- Solid understanding of business software and hardware applications.
