Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering primary technical support to end users, addressing various technical challenges related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and upholding cyber security protocols.
  • Training staff on cyber security best practices and implementing measures to protect company systems.
  • Overseeing the ticketing system and assisting with all break-fix and deskside support issues.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of hardware and software categorized by employee and department.
  • Updating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinating all annual and one-time renewals, including ISP, Website Hosting, Office 365, VOIP services, SSL Certificates, Antivirus solutions, etc.
  • Ensuring that all company IT assets are current with the latest software updates.
  • Proactively recommending enhancements to system stability, availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Independently resolving escalated technical issues.
  • Safeguarding the operational systems' stability and maintaining data integrity.
  • Evaluating, coordinating, and reviewing all issues related to application support and business processes.
  • Leading initiatives to address technical challenges.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • 5 years of higher education or technical training.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Adept at learning new concepts and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in managing schedules and meeting project deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of business software and hardware applications.
