  • Site Security Operations Management: Manage and develop the onsite security team, ensuring adherence to Meta global security policies and procedures.
  • Crisis Management and Response: Lead vendor security team response for crisis management events on site, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Security Team Training and Development: Ensure that all vendor security staff are trained and knowledgeable to Meta standards when on post, providing regular training and feedback.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports, briefings, and other requested information to customers on a frequent or ad hoc basis.
  • Security Vendor Management: Ensure that the security vendor team has the necessary tools and equipment to carry out their prescribed duties, managing and directing an effective SOS team on site.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the GSSM and GSAM on all operational security needs as identified, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout all levels of the security team.
  • Post and Shift Handover Procedures: Implement and ensure robust post and shift handover procedures, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  • Security Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all security vendor staff maintain confidentiality management and privacy standards in accordance with Meta and relevant legislation.
