What This Position Is About
At JT International S.A., we are currently seeking an individual with strong work behaviors and determination to join our team as the Head of Wholesale Accounts.

This role plays a crucial part in managing our largest wholesalers and ensuring the seamless supply of our products to our retailers. Moreover, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and nurture talent within the wholesale department, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to ensure JTI is exceptionally competitive in the market

Discover ways to improve the collaboration and effectiveness of JTI wholesale programs.

Develop and manage JTI USA wholesale account programs, including Direct Customer Program and expansion state programs

Use data analytics to foster innovation and enhance processes in wholesale trade programs.

Assess program effectiveness and facilitate the accomplishment of measurable goals and objectives.

Manage program administration through the development of clear guidelines, selling materials, and tracking mechanisms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives

Work closely with Wholesale Account Managers to nurture relationships, gather input, and implement necessary adjustments

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the wholesale trade network

Participate actively in wholesale trade events and engage with key distributors

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree required

Fluent in English

5+ years of experience in a sales management role in the tobacco industry

Direct experience in working with wholesalers to build effective programs and achieve volume and distribution goals

Strong skills in analyzing and interpreting business and financial data

Demonstrated success in creating and implementing programs that achieve desired results

Ability to effectively coach and develop a team

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
