We are seeking a remarkable leader who embodies a results-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and empathy as a guiding principle. In this critical position, you will be instrumental in driving excellence in execution and establishing a foundation for expanding enterprise accounts through both existing clients and new business opportunities.

Reporting directly to the AVP of Enterprise Sales, this role will involve building, managing, and scaling a team of high-achieving Strategic Account Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a solid history of recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team focused on securing enterprise accounts across various sectors and regions. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in pursuit of shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically select, onboard, and cultivate Strategic Account Directors while continuously motivating, promoting, and managing the team.
  • Define and implement strategies to sustainably grow net new sales within existing Enterprise accounts and expand our presence with new clients.
  • Empower the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Facilitate internal collaboration across functions to enhance customer satisfaction within Enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of industry trends and performance metrics to enhance execution and accelerate outcomes.
  • Drive excellence in sales execution by utilizing the Pendo Value Framework.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for Enterprise sales.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building and leading a high-performing Strategic SaaS sales team.
  • At least 7 years of experience in selling enterprise technology within a rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience in establishing Strategic businesses from inception is essential.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong value-based sales methodology and a high capacity for collaboration in a decentralized setting.
  • Ability to adapt and lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience implementing MEDDICC & Force management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in MEDDICC & Force Management.
