Role of the Creative Director

As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering the creative execution of content that effectively communicates the right message to the appropriate audience at the ideal moment. We refer to this approach as "Accountable Creative," which transcends mere taglines or clever visuals. It necessitates a profound understanding of the offerings, the audience, and the ability to weave narratives that connect both.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services teams to conceptualize suitable creative solutions that align client objectives with audience communication preferences.
  • Lead and nurture client relationships in partnership with Client Services teams.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently, demonstrating self-direction and a strong commitment to project success.
  • Assemble and guide project teams effectively.
  • Engage actively with Writers, Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Designers, and Developers to bring creative concepts to life across various mediums, including motion graphics, video, and interactive experiences.
  • Maintain creativity within established corporate brand guidelines and campaign styles.
  • Serve as the foremost authority in client presentations, fostering consensus rather than contention.
  • Critically evaluate ongoing work, always questioning its alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and practices in marketing communications across diverse industries.
  • Enhance strategic and design thinking within the department, inspiring colleagues.
  • Adapt to change while remaining focused on client and team goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an agency or brand management setting, with a strong emphasis on B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, design, or a related marketing field.
  • Proficiency in various disciplines, including Writing, Content Strategy, Graphic Design, Motion Graphic Design/Animation, Editing, and UI Design/Development.
  • Exceptional writing skills across multiple formats, including proposals, pitches, and scripts.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in motivating and inspiring teams.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail.
