The Financial Controller plays a crucial role in the management, evaluation, analysis, and development of protocols for all financial systems and reporting within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all company financial accounts and investments.
2. Generate monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
3. Manage cash flow by monitoring transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial role.
4. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting software.
5. In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong leadership capabilities.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
9. Familiarity with federal and state financial regulations.
10. Proficiency in SAP and other financial management software.
11. Proven experience in financial project management.
12. Advanced understanding of business principles and practices.

16. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
