Starting Pay at $25.95/hr. Plus $1.10 2nd shift premium ($27.05/hr.)

60 Month pay progression – Top Pay $33.15/hr. + shift premium

Location: Windsor Locks, CT

This position represents multiple openings at this Parts Center location.

About this Position:

The purpose and function of the Stock & Material Handler position is to perform general warehouse duties at our Parts Center

Responsibilities include:

  • Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of all Honda/Acura parts and accessories
  • Operating a forklift and other warehouse machinery
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling 25-50 lbs. frequently

  • Candidates with the ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Individuals who are willing to learn – We will train you
  • Experienced / tenured Stock and Material Handlers

Required Work Experience:

  • Understand verbal and written directions
  • Ability to make calculations of amounts to ensure correct order quantities are selected
  • Ensure quality throughout your process
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Bending, walking, and lifting, up to 25-50lbs on a frequent basis required
  • Comfortable working at high levels on an elevated platform up to 40'
  • Must be able to work the 2nd* shift, starting at 3PM/4PM until 11:30PM/12:30AM
  • Available to work overtime on weekdays / weekends as needed
  • Must be able to adhere to Honda's long-term commitment to high efficiency and shipping accuracy to deliver quality service parts to our customers
  • Must be a team player and willing and able to find, implement, and embrace new methods and processes to enhance operations

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED
