Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Develop strategies and secure necessary personnel for program delivery
  • Work closely with procurement for material sourcing and supplier relations
  • Oversee program timelines and monitor commitments
  • Implement strategies to mitigate technical risks
  • Facilitate technical communications with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure effective planning, baselining, and tracking of tasks
  • Assess IPTs' progress and key milestones
  • Manage technical scope adjustments with Value Streams
  • Maintain clear communication with program teams, management, and clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Capability to obtain and uphold U.S. government security clearance
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in product development
  • Background in Control Systems Validation, Aerospace or Defense sectors, and Manufacturing
