  • Oversee the team of Aircraft Fueling personnel to guarantee safe, professional, and efficient operations.
  • Ensure smooth and effective fueling processes.
  • Accountable for precise fuel transaction records and financial accountability.
  • Assess staffing needs and foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.
  • Administer disciplinary actions in a just manner.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Operate fuel delivery vehicles and offer services to clientele.
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Fueling is essential.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience within the Aviation sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and testing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background is necessary.
