Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Product Quality Engineering initiatives.
2. Implement and maintain quality evaluation and control systems, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
3. Provide detailed explanations of testing and inspection methodologies to guarantee product reliability and compliance.
4. Analyze nonconformities and design challenges, offering corrective action recommendations for internally manufactured products and processes.
5. Review process control documentation to confirm alignment with requirements and objectives.
6. Develop and refine quality evaluation systems for materials transitioning into finished products.
7. Collaborate with design teams to create testing plans and methodologies that ensure product reliability.
8. Ensure internal collaboration to uphold quality standards.
9. Drive proactive quality initiatives and oversee their implementation.
10. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for design-related issues.
Essential Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
- Background in Quality Assurance.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Operations experience.
