This role involves significant individual contribution to establish and meet objectives within your designated area of expertise. You will play a crucial role in influencing process and planning decisions through your understanding of Quality Assurance policies, methodologies, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Product Quality Assurance
• Implement and sustain quality evaluation and control systems
• Provide detailed explanations of testing and inspection methodologies to ensure product reliability and compliance.
• Analyze and recommend corrective actions for any nonconformities or design issues related to internally manufactured products and processes.
• Review documentation related to process control to confirm adherence to requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain quality evaluation systems for materials processed into finished goods.
• Collaborate with product design teams to devise testing strategies and methodologies that guarantee product reliability.
• Ensure compliance of projects and process documentation with established requirements and objectives.
• Drive proactive quality initiatives and oversee their implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for design issues related to internally produced products and processes.
• Design and implement engineering changes to address quality concerns raised by clients.
Qualifications Required:
• A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Material Review Board (MRB)
• Background in Quality Assurance
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience in Operations
