Position Summary:

The Principal Human Resources PMO (Project Management Office) will be responsible for leading large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of Human Resources (HR) project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery.

A strategic, individual contributor ensuring we successfully focus and activate the HR organization to solve our complex people challenges and accelerate business outcomes in support of the Company mission and growth strategies.


Essential Job Functions:
Manage, plan, coordinate, and execute the priorities and workload of the HR Operations team to meet established deliverables deadlines.
Identify opportunities for growth, maximize current resources.
Drive process improvement and optimize HR administration.
Analyze key performance data to recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
Develop project specifications and objectives from introduction to delivery. Identify and acquire appropriate resources needed and ensures availability of resources necessary.

Conduct assessment of strategic, technical, financial, or business factors affecting project(s).Collaborate with cross-functional departments, HR team members, and key leaders and stakeholders to align project teams and delivery.

Coordinate and conduct meetings; maintain open communication and relationship with upper management, clients, and the project team; facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of the status of projects; and respond to questions or inquiries about the project.

Keeps current of laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and employment law.
Continuous research and recommendations on industry standards and trends.
Working on special projects and performing other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.

Position Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plusMinimum of 10 years of progressive HR experienceSelf-starter with ability to work independently and with complete discretionMust be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn enthusiastic and collaborative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentDemonstrated ability to effectively integrate HR programs, policies, procedures and initiatives into an employer's bottom line business and profit objectives.

Strong internal customer focus, along with a desire to learn all aspects of the businessProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
