Base Salary Plus Commission. Entry-level candidates start with a Base Salary of $XX,XXX and will make at least $XX,XXX in additional commissions. Experienced candidates start with a Base Salary of $XX,XXX and top earners make an average of $XX,XXX in additional commissions.


Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
