Sales Account Executive

At Shutterfly Lifetouch, we're passionate about empowering individuals to express themselves through unique and personalized products. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in retaining and growing existing business in the Greater Kansas City, MO area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through regular site visits and calls to rebook and retain business in assigned accounts.
- Leverage existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services.
- Maintain and update current product, service, and pricing knowledge to provide quality information to accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate new business with prospects by delivering strategic sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales.
- Utilize Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting.
- 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs.
- Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system.
- Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Ongoing training to develop your skills and grow your career.
- Competitive base salary plus commissions and a car allowance.
- Work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the field within your assigned territory.
