Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

At Phenix Label, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the printing or label industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
