Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior National Accounts Sales Executive to join our esteemed National Accounts Group. This role involves promoting our renowned, high-quality door and dock solutions. As a leading provider in the commercial door and dock sector, we are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive with a minimum of 10 years of experience in selling door and dock products to elevate their career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with national accounts to cultivate business relationships with end users and targeted general contractors.
  • Ensure that all estimates provided are precise and competitive.
  • Utilize appropriate bid forms and adhere to established procedures.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Achieve or surpass sales and gross profit targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed; travel may be required up to 30% of the time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is primarily based at our corporate headquarters, though we are open to considering candidates from various locations who meet the qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales or relevant experience in the door and dock industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical applications and mechanical systems.
