Business Development Vice President

The Vice President of Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing agreements with new and existing clients. This position requires a strong focus on meeting with new prospects, nurturing relationships, and preparing presentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with new prospects to discuss business opportunities
  • Nurture existing relationships to secure continued deals
  • Prepare presentation strategies and materials
  • Track revenue budget numbers and profitability targets

Business Development:

  • Schedule business development meetings and networking opportunities
  • Outreach to potential developer relationships
  • Create and supervise presentation packages, proposals, and agreements
  • Manage tracking and reporting of business development pipeline

Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist with transitioning new clients to sales and marketing teams
  • Assist President with general building project management as needed

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Research and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of the real development market
  • General knowledge of the new construction condo and apartment market
  • General knowledge of multi-family equity and debt finance
  • Prezi Presentation software, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • MRIS, tax records, and other real estate data sites
