Job Title: Senior Vice President, Sales

CaryHealth is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Develop and present sales pitches and proposals that effectively communicate CaryHealth's value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the life science or payer industries, including demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within life science or payer organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and revolutionizing the healthcare landscape.
