Senior Business Development Executive

The Vice President of Business Development at Kansas City Title is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans, maintaining a database of business development opportunities, and providing support to the President as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth
Maintain a database of business development opportunities
Provide support to the President as needed
Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Business Development:
Schedule business development meetings and networking opportunities
Manage existing client relationships
Outreach to potential developer relationships
Create and supervise presentation packages, proposals, and agreements
Client Relationship Management:
Assist with transitioning new clients to sales and marketing teams
Assist the President with general building project management as needed
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Research and analytical skills
General knowledge of the real estate market
General knowledge of the new construction condo and apartment market
General knowledge of multi-family equity and debt finance
Prezi Presentation software, Excel, and PowerPoint
MRIS, tax records, and other real estate data sites
