Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Advancement at Georgetown University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Vice President's schedule, oversee inbound communications, and execute special projects.
  • Provide logistical support for office meetings, leadership meetings, and retreats.
  • Oversee the Vice President's deployment, including scheduling, travel logistics, and itineraries.
  • Engage in internal strategic discussions related to Advancement and campaign priorities.
  • Handle contracting, expenses, and payment processes for the Vice President's office.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Mission-driven and service-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize time in the face of competing priorities.
