About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Cartera Commerce. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, including preparing and filing sales-related documents and media assets, and interacting with external clients to support campaign execution.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales team throughout the sales and client renewal process, including preparing and delivering reports to clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on prospective clients and provide insights to the Sales team to inform their strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports of campaign results to deliver value to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in client support and sales team support.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in CRM software and Excel.
