Your Role:

We are in search of a dynamic sales and marketing executive who will spearhead the growth of our current and upcoming product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and analyze industry trends.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams.
  • Forge strategic partnerships to enhance sales and broaden brand visibility.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Allocate sales territories and targets; oversee the performance of the sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Design and optimize the customer engagement process from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
  • Generate and evaluate sales reports; provide actionable insights based on findings.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and select client events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in launching new products in the market.
