About The Project

Legends Global Sales has been selected to assist in the marketing and development of an upcoming renovation project. This initiative will introduce new premium seating options at a prominent sports venue. In addition to these premium offerings, Legends will oversee various aspects within the Athletics, Development, and Marketing departments, focusing on driving revenue through ticketing, annual donations, and enhancing engagement with fans.

THE ROLE

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and distribution of digital and email marketing initiatives while identifying and capturing compelling content across multiple sports and student-athletes. This position is responsible for assisting in the creation of all sales and marketing materials related to ticketing and fundraising opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, execution, and dissemination of digital content and graphics in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Support the creation and distribution of all sales and marketing materials for ticket offerings, donation requests, events, and communications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to discover engaging stories and content to share with supporters.
  • Generate prospect lists and manage data in relevant software tools.
  • Welcome guests and potential clients at events and meetings.
  • Research community initiatives that align with marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the success and impact of marketing campaigns regularly.
  • Manage scheduling for meeting spaces and other areas.
  • Assist the sales team in executing the sales process, including the creation of sales materials and contracts.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
  • Track and communicate sales metrics, inventory, projections, and goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
  • Experience in photography or video editing is advantageous.
  • Background in social media marketing is beneficial.
  • Creative mindset with a desire to generate innovative content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic are essential.
