Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate the sales pipeline and generate accurate territory forecasts.
- Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, market dynamics, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Participate in training sessions for new products and technological advancements.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, including multiple recognitions for outstanding performance.
- Strong prospecting skills with a high volume of call activity.
- Experience in closing deals and driving sales initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission structure.
- Potential earnings in the first year at plan: up to $200,000.
- Comprehensive ramp compensation.
- Car allowance of $10,000 plus reimbursement for mileage.
- Mobile and home office expense coverage.
- Comprehensive benefits package available from day one.
