Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
    • Create and curate engaging content to grow followers, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and drive revenue for the business and its franchisees.
    • Educate and counsel franchisees on social media best practices, performance, and act as the thought leader in social media for Voda internally and externally.
    • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase our social media presence.
  • Executive Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute high-level social media strategies that elevate Voda's company executives as thought leaders in the space.
    • Oversee the creation of engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms for our company executives.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to enhance the executive team's online presence, manage their personal brand, and leverage social media to drive business growth.
    • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Email and SMS Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Develop compelling email and SMS content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
    • Create and maintain email templates while promoting email/SMS best practices to Voda's franchisees.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of email and SMS campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Blog Strategy and Content:
    • Develop a blog strategy that aligns with our overall content marketing goals.
    • Create high-quality, SEO-friendly blog content that provides value to our audience and drives traffic to our website.
    • Lead creation of blog content for national and local websites.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to source and create compelling blog topics.
  • Website Content and SEO:
    • Manage and update website content to ensure it is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Manage external SEO and website agencies to complete updates, enhancements, and projects.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and site performance.
  • Content Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives at the corporate level and for local franchisee locations.
    • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce various types of content, including articles, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Advertising Creative Creation:
    • Develop creative concepts and content for online advertising campaigns.
    • Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective advertising creatives.
    • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on content performance across all channels.
    • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve content strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to management on key performance metrics and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Experience with other franchise brands is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating graphics using programs like Canva is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
