About The Project

Legends Global Sales has been selected to assist in the marketing and development of an upcoming renovation project. This initiative will introduce new premium seating options at a major sports venue. In addition to the premium seating offerings associated with the renovation, Legends will oversee various areas within the Athletics, Development, and Marketing departments. Our focus is to drive revenue around the new premium seating options, ticket sales, annual donations, and enhance engagement with all fans.

THE ROLE

The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in the development and dissemination of digital and email marketing campaigns, while also identifying and capturing engaging content across various sports and student-athletes. This position is responsible for creating all sales and marketing materials related to ticketing and fundraising opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and distribution of digital content and graphics in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Support the development and distribution of all sales and marketing materials for ticket offerings, donation requests, events, and communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to uncover compelling stories and content to share with supporters.
  • Generate prospect lists and manage data in CRM and spreadsheet software.
  • Welcome guests and prospective clients at events and appointments.
  • Research community initiatives that align with marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on the success and impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain scheduling for meeting spaces.
  • Assist the Sales team in executing the sales process, including creating and managing sales materials, contracts, and commissions.
  • Perform additional administrative duties such as budget management, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and communicate sales metrics, inventory, projections, and goals.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.

2-3 years of experience in a relevant industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms is essential.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software is advantageous.

Experience in photography or video editing is a plus.

Knowledge of social media marketing strategies is beneficial.

A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content is desired.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.

Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

A collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
