Why You’ll Appreciate This Position Cribl is in search of a Senior Federal Marketing Strategist with 8-10 years of expertise in B2G Field-Led Demand Generation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the U.S.

Federal Government landscape, strategic planning, and integrated execution, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across functions and with our partners.

  • We Want It * Collaborate with Federal Sales leaders to implement targeted marketing initiatives aligned with Sales strategies * Develop market strategies for partner campaign planning through Distribution and direct engagement with select partners, reflecting the tactics set by vertical sales & channel leaders * Create scalable, repeatable marketing programs and execute them effectively * Partner closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing operations to monitor, assess, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting results to sales and marketing leadership * Build and maintain relationships with regional sales teams, sharing global and regional marketing strategies and insights on performance * Efficiently manage, oversee, and evaluate your regional budgets, including MDF As a Valued Member of Our Team, You Will Contribute...
* A solid grasp of the U.S.

Federal Government markets, field sales requirements, customer buying cycles, program analysis, and market intelligence * 8+ years of pertinent Federal Marketing experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT sector.

SaaS experience is preferred. Knowledge in cybersecurity is advantageous.

* A results-oriented, analytical mindset, with a customer-first approach and a proven history of executing innovative, impactful field marketing initiatives for IT executives and practitioners * A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and asynchronously with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing, and executive teams to influence both early and late-stage pipeline * A commitment to excellence in everything you and your team undertake - quality, creativity, execution, and productivity * Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
