About The Project

Legends Global Sales has been selected to support the marketing and development of an upcoming renovation project. This initiative will introduce various new premium seating options. Additionally, Legends will oversee and manage several areas within the athletics, development, and marketing departments, focusing on driving revenue around premium seating, ticketing, annual donations, and enhancing engagement with fans.

Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and distribution of digital and email marketing initiatives while identifying and capturing engaging content across various sports and student-athletes. This position involves creating all sales and marketing materials related to ticketing and fundraising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and distribution of digital content and graphics in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Support the development and dissemination of sales and marketing materials for ticket offerings, donation requests, events, and communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to uncover compelling stories and content for supporters.
  • Generate prospect lists and manage data in relevant software.
  • Welcome guests and potential clients at events and appointments.
  • Research community initiatives that align with marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on the success and impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage scheduling for meeting spaces.
  • Assist the sales team with the sales process, including creating and executing sales materials and managing contracts.
  • Perform office management tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and communicate sales metrics, inventory, projections, and goals.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.

2-3 years of experience in a relevant industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms is essential.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are necessary.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software is advantageous.

Experience in photography or video editing is a plus.

Knowledge of social media marketing strategies is beneficial.

A creative mindset to generate innovative content is desired.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
