As an integral part of Craft Distilling Group, the Office Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide welcoming front-desk coverage, greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including drafting and distributing communications such as memos, letters, and reports.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Arrange travel itineraries for team members, both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain an organized filing system and up-to-date contact databases.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate food deliveries for meetings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be the face of our office, acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will:

- Serve as a resource for information, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
- Ensure efficient use of office resources through proactive maintenance and organization.
- Streamline workflows by refining standard operating procedures related to scheduling and office layout.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Uphold organizational goals while adhering to best practices in office management.
