Position Summary

The Office Services role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our office. This position encompasses a variety of daily office functions, including but not limited to managing office upkeep, ordering and replenishing supplies, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a sufficient inventory of office supplies and provisions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment and execute administrative tasks as required.
  • Process all interdepartmental food requests.
  • Coordinate office deliveries effectively.
  • Provide assistance to other office locations as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of patience, tact, and diplomacy in daily operations.
  • Capability to lift weights ranging from 20 to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Prior experience in office services and customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a legal firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
