Position Summary
The Office Services role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position encompasses a variety of daily office functions, including but not limited to maintaining office facilities, managing supply orders, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and pantry items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate all interdepartmental food requests.
- Manage the organization of office deliveries.
- Provide assistance to other office locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of patience, tact, and diplomacy in daily operations.
- Capability to lift weights ranging from 20 to 30 lbs.
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in office services and customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a law firm setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
