Position Summary

The Office Services role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position encompasses a variety of daily office functions, including but not limited to maintaining office facilities, managing supply orders, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies and pantry items.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate all interdepartmental food requests.
  • Manage the organization of office deliveries.
  • Provide assistance to other office locations as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of patience, tact, and diplomacy in daily operations.
  • Capability to lift weights ranging from 20 to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Previous experience in office services and customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
