We are currently looking for a Business Office Manager to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document the transitions of residents, including move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
- Oversee cash management, ensuring accurate cash receipts and petty cash handling.
- Maintain daily financial records and manage accounts payable processes.
- Supervise payroll activities and employee benefit administration.
- Prepare and present financial statements and various reports.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.
- Address billing and collection inquiries from residents.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and manage human resources functions.
- Create and oversee resident and patient financial accounts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or
- Associate's degree in Accounting with two to three years of applicable experience.
