Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with ESOP clients to ensure growth, profitability, and retention in retirement services.
- Service Delivery: Provide high-quality, efficient, and prompt service to meet customer expectations, including recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance testing.
- Problem-Solving: Recognize and research unusual or complex situations independently, using creative problem-solving skills and in-depth product knowledge to arrive at solutions for retaining clients at-risk and resolving complex client issues.
- Communication: Communicate with clients proactively to assist with questions, plan complexity discussions, education, participant data, plan administration procedures, etc.
- Team Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners, clients, and outside advisors, and participate in client visits to handle administrative issues and proposals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years related business experience, with previous ESOP experience required.
- Skills: Strong accounting, numerical critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, including problem-solving and persuasion/negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and understanding of plan and contract documents, accounting and record-keeping systems, manuals, procedures, and company products and services, and PC applications including Excel.
- Competitive Salary: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries, with non-sales positions eligible for a bonus program and sales positions eligible for sales incentives and a bonus plan.
- Flexible Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees, allowing for time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal, or short-term illness.
- Pension Eligibility: Yes, eligible for our pension plan.
