We are currently in search of a dynamic and seasoned Chief Financial Officer and Administration Executive to become an integral part of our leadership team. This pivotal position will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on our financial stability, ensuring adherence to regulations, and overseeing various administrative operations that are crucial to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Chief Financial Officer and Administration Executive, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of functions, including:

  • Financial Oversight: Managing all facets of our financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. You will also oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Leadership in Administration: Directing and guiding our Human Resources, Facilities & Asset Management, Lending Services, and other administrative teams.
  • Compliance and Risk Oversight: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to protect our financial assets and minimize risks.
  • Mortgage Servicing Management: Supervising our mortgage servicing operations, including collections and collaboration with partner families.
  • Facilities Oversight: Managing our facilities services to ensure the proper maintenance and management of all properties.

Qualifications:

You would be an excellent candidate if you possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with a solid grasp of financial management principles and practices.
  • Experience in mortgage loan origination and processing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
