The Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all meals prepared in the kitchen meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet the demands of our guests.

Requirements
