The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed, and supporting the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in all aspects of cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist cooks as needed and maintain food quality and restaurant standards
  • Oversee food production for all stations and track food costs
