Operations Administrator | Office Manager

C&E Building Maintenance is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager & Operations Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining our operations, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Tech-Driven Operations Support: Utilize your tech expertise to optimize daily operations and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Recruiting Excellence: Leverage in-house systems and explore cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Multifaceted Role: Masterfully handle diverse responsibilities, including analyst, administrative assistant, customer service representative, and recruiter.
- Office Management Prowess: Ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment by managing supplies, vendor relationships, and other administrative tasks.
- Project Management Acumen: Collaborate with the operations team to oversee and refine project management processes, guaranteeing timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and expense tracking.
- Client Relationship Champion: Cultivate strong client relationships, address inquiries promptly, and ensure their satisfaction.
What We Seek:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Prior experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- In-depth knowledge of office management procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
