Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial reports and personnel files
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Collaborate with department leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in office management

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Prior office management experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Decision-making and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Human relations and team building skills
  • Able to handle multiple assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to represent the department in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Ability to follow complex written or verbal instructions to solve complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
