- Supervise and train office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in office management, supervisory experience, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
