Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support members of our IT leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Expense Management:
Submit and track expenses for the IT leadership team members, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to company policies and budgets.

Calendar Management:
Maintain and manage calendars for the IT leadership team, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Meeting Logistics:
Organize and coordinate meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and arranging offsite meetings.

Qualifications:
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with travel booking and expense management software is a plus.

Job Requirements:
3 -5 years of experience as an administrative assistant for leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
