Job Summary

Premier Developing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our busy executive with a variety of administrative tasks and personal errands. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the executive's calendar is up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel needs are met seamlessly.
  • Run various personal errands as needed, and other tasks to support the executive's personal life.
  • Obtain quotes for personal needs, making purchases and arranging deliveries as required.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar, ensuring all commitments and deadlines are tracked and met.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and other clerical duties.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.
  • Adaptable and flexible, willing to handle a variety of tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
