About the Role

The Office Manager for Listan GmbH's Brea, CA location is a full-time on-site position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Requirements

  • Prior experience in basic accounting and Human Resources
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in administrative assistance
  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic office management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
