Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior-level managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level managers, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree or equivalent
