Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to devise and execute streamlined manufacturing workflows.
- Apply your engineering acumen to identify and rectify production challenges, minimizing operational interruptions.
- Champion ongoing improvement projects aimed at elevating product standards, curtailing expenses, and boosting overall productivity.
- Collaborate closely with research and development as well as product design teams to ensure smooth incorporation of new offerings into the manufacturing framework.
- Establish and uphold industry best practices in manufacturing, including lean methodologies and Six Sigma strategies.
- Offer technical assistance and mentorship to production personnel, nurturing a culture of excellence and responsibility.
- Remain informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies to foster innovation within the manufacturing landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in process enhancement and efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other pertinent engineering applications.
- CNC experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
- Dedication to quality and a meticulous attention to detail.
