Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining methodology and designs behind producing parts, creating blueprints and set up sheets for shop use, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.
  • Production Analysis: Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data to provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Cost Management: Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
  • Manufacturing Efficiency: Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing/machining environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of cutting tools/techniques, different types of machines (3, 4, 5-axis milling, turning, multi-function), and different metal types (Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, High Nickel Alloys, etc.).
  • Software Skills: Experience with CGTech Vericut is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: General computer experience, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and Windows 10 experience.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of the organization.
  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate fluently in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Possible travel as required for training and multi-site support.
